The most important thing is to feel well and happy in your own life. To feel strong enough and be free of any health problems. This all starts with proper nutrition. Watching your overall calories, so don’t eat when you’re not hungry, ensure the diet is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamins. That’s a mixture of nutrients that offer a variety of vitamins, nutrients, essential amino acids and fatty acids.
A big concern is the quality of the nutrients in the food because of the poor soil and chemicals being sprayed on foods. I definitely suggest more organic and holistically grown food to avoid the bad chemicals and eat a food that was grown in a high quality soil.I’ve been reviewing Midwest Juicery for months now. And there’s no doubt the quality of the juice is excellent. With the juices being low in sugar, it’s so much better for you. I especially love that so many of your juices have ginger in them. And I’m excited for the new one with turmeric.
I wanted to tell you a favorite, but I can’t pick one because they are important in their own way. The vegetable heavy juices are great with their high anti-oxidants. 4 Carrot Gold is great because of the beta carotene and Vitamin A. Green Light is excellent that it has apples plus the extra nutrients, vitamins, and minerals from the green vegetables.
I am partial to the Lava Lemonade. Lemon juice has a great protective power of the kidneys. There is some research suggesting it can help prevent the formation kidney stones.

I normally don’t drink juice. They are pasteurized with heat, destroying most of the nutrients in the fruits and veggies, making them another source of what we call “empty carbohydrates.” They often have added sugars and preservatives, things I try to avoid as much as possible.
Midwest Juicery juices are different. They are fresh and cold pressed, allowing the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to stay intact. They have no added sugar and are preservative free.
As a Registered Dietitian, that makes a difference. I want all the good stuff from my fruits and vegetables. I love knowing that when I drink Midwest Juicery products, I’m getting all the amazing phytochemicals that were meant to be in my produce!
So do I drink juice? Yes, but only organic, cold-pressed juices. That’s why I love Midwest Juicery.
4 Carrot Gold:
Hello antioxidants! Loaded with carrots, this option is high in beta-carotene! Your body converts this phytochemical into vitamin A, supporting your immune system and vision health. It’s also packed with vitamin C, the queen of antioxidants!
All Greens Everything:
This one is loaded with greens, making it a great source of potassium. Potassium rich diets have been shown to help support cardiovascular health and aid in fluid balance. It’s great to help hydrate after a workout, or if you’re trying to get more potassium in your life!
Beets by Midwest:
To beet or not to beet? This one is my all time favorite. Beets are a nutrient power-house; unfortunately not a lot of people like to cook this root veggie. Grabbing the cold pressed juice is a great way to pack in the nutrients. Some research shows that beets may help with endurance and oxygen utilization, making it a great choice for athletes. Not hitting the gym? Beets will still provide you with a large variety of antioxidants and vitamins, all while tasting delicious, making it my favorite juice!
Green with Envy:
This one is loaded with greens, making it a great source of potassium. Potassium rich diets have been shown to help support cardiovascular health and aid in fluid balance. It’s great to help hydrate after a workout, or if you’re trying to get more potassium in your life!

“Juice better. Live better.” I love Midwest Juicery for so many reasons. I love their motto, I love what they stand for and how true they are to their mission. We make choices every time we eat. These choices add up overtime and have a tremendous effect on our energy, health and life. For countless reasons, it’s a challenge for almost anyone to eat enough good quality fruits and vegetables. Food is medicine and there is no ‘cure-all’ pill to replace a good diet. Midwest Juicery provides the perfect, easy way to nourish your body in an efficient, easy and natural way. Their juices are organic, sustainable, low in sugar, high in vegetables, and most importantly, they’re delicious.
People often ask me for my thoughts on juicing. Like most things, there’s a good and a bad way of doing it. Midwest Juicery does juicing right. Their juices focus on quality, flavor and nutrition.
Juice can absolutely have a place in a healthy diet. Juices flush the body with quick and easily digestible nutrients. Unfortunately, most juices are very high in sugar, making them an unhealthy choice. Midwest Juicery is the lowest sugar juice line in the country. What does this mean? This means their juice is packed with energizing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and vegetables while still tasting delicious. I definitely recommend low-sugar juices as an easy way to add extra vegetables to your diet.
I love starting my day with their ‘All Greens Everything’ juice for a boost of energy and serious immune system support. I’m also a big fan of their ‘Lava Lemonade’ for a cleansing dose of Vitamin C. Cheers!

I would recommend Midwest Juicery’s products to anyone looking to improve their diet and overall health. Midwest Juicery is clearly focused on maximizing the quality and flavor of their juice drinks while also packing quality nutrition into each bottle. Their juices are lower in sugar than most run-of-the-mill juices you’ll find at the grocery store which is what makes them easy for me to love. It is often difficult to find a tasty juice that doesn’t overload you with added sugars, artificial flavors, and artificial sweeteners.
Did I mention these are tasty juices? Midwest Juicery won me over with their “4 Carrot Gold” and “Beets by Midwest” flavors.
The “4 Carrot Gold” is sure to supercharge your immune system with its combination of carrots, apples, lemon, and most importantly, ginger. Ginger has been shown to help with digestion, reduce nausea, and fights both the flu and common cold just to name a few. When paired with the carrots, apples, and lemon, you get a delicious blend of flavors (and a pretty blend of colors!).
“Beets by Midwest” is another winner for me. Beets are packed with essential vitamins and minerals and, similar to ginger, beets have quality medicinal characteristics. Beets can help lower blood pressure, fight inflammation, and support brain health. Beets also contain natural nitrates which may even improve your athletic performance. Beets have more of an earthy flavor, but when paired with carrots, apples, lemon, and ginger, it makes another delicious juice that keeps me coming back for more.

Over the past few years we have all watched the juice aisles in our grocery stores expand and grow. At first, there were a few of fruit based juices that tasted great but were loaded with sugar. Then we started to see more and more "green juices" on the market and while they were certainly green in color, most still had a pretty high sugar content and/or didn't taste great.
As we have migrated to more vegetable focused juices, it is hard to choose one that has a reasonable sugar content and tastes refreshing but is also packed with high quality, minimally processed ingredients. Insert midwest juicery here! I am partial to the All Greens Everything (all greens plus lemon and ginger - yum!) but also frequently enjoy the health benefits (and beautiful color!) of Beets by Midwest.
Each flavor is truly delicious and there is an option for everyone! In addition the great taste, these 100% organic, cold pressed juices are some of the most nutrient dense juices out there. Being extremely vegetable forward and full of fresh ingredients, you just can't beat this low-sugar option!
